3.2 Community Behavior

  • Be respectful and courteous to all users

  • Acknowledge when you're uncertain about answers

  • Report inappropriate content or behavior

  • Support a positive learning environment

3.3 Reputation and Gamification

  • Earn points through quality contributions

  • Do not attempt to manipulate the reputation system

  • Multiple accounts to boost reputation are prohibited

  • Asking for likes or votes is not allowed

4. Trip Expense Management Guidelines

4.1 Data Accuracy

  • Enter expenses accurately and honestly

  • Communicate with trip participants about shared expenses

  • Resolve disputes directly with other participants

4.2 Collaborative Use

  • Respect other participants' contributions and privacy

  • Use the settlement calculations as guidance only

  • Handle actual money transfers outside the app

  • Be transparent about expense splitting

4.3 Financial Responsibility

  • IDG does not process payments or handle money transfers

  • You are responsible for actual financial settlements

  • Verify calculations independently before making payments

  • Report discrepancies or technical issues promptly

5. Vehicle Management and QR Code Usage

5.1 Vehicle Registration

  • Only register vehicles you own or have authorization to manage

  • Keep vehicle information accurate and up-to-date

  • Remove vehicles from your account when you no longer own them

  • Ensure license plate information matches official registration

5.2 QR Code Responsibility

  • Understand that QR codes make certain vehicle information publicly accessible

  • Configure your QR code settings appropriately for your privacy needs

  • Place QR codes responsibly and legally on your vehicles

  • Do not create QR codes for vehicles you don't own

5.3 Emergency Features

  • Maintain current emergency contact information

  • Obtain consent from emergency contacts before adding them

  • Test emergency features periodically to ensure they work

  • Use emergency features responsibly and only when appropriate

5.4 Scanning Etiquette

  • Only scan QR codes when you have a legitimate reason

  • Respect vehicle owners' privacy and property

  • Do not abuse the scanning feature for harassment

  • Report misuse of QR codes or emergency features

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Technical Violations

  • Attempting to hack, crack, or circumvent our security measures

  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our Service

  • Reverse engineering our application or systems

  • Interfering with other users' access to our Service

  • Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code

6.2 Content Violations

  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
